Position Overview
We are seeking a litigation associate to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have top‑tier academic credentials and experience in business litigation. We especially value prior experience as a judicial clerk or at a large law firm.
You will play a critical role in all aspects of litigation, from case development through trial and appeal. We trust our associates with significant responsibility as core members of our litigation teams.

Draft motions, memoranda, briefs, and pleadings in complex commercial matters
Manage discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions
Participate in client strategy sessions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to shape case strategy and execution
Take and defend depositions
Argue motions in court
Contribute to team‑based litigation efforts and help drive results for our clients
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Licensed (or eligible to become licensed promptly) in Wisconsin
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in complex commercial or IP disputes
Outstanding legal writing and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively
Commitment to delivering exceptional work and client service
Interest in a long‑term litigation career in a high‑performance environment
