Our client, a biotechnology company, is hiring a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing Associate to join their team in the Needham area! This role will support the development and execution of product marketing initiatives across various campaigns, market segments, and educational programs. This position also collaborates closely with the marketing team and cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent messaging, effective market penetration, and successful execution of key projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ongoing product marketing activities, including market research, analytics, and data management.
Support the development and implementation of downstream marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all marketing assets are reviewed, updated, and aligned with strategy.
Partner with internal teams to help create and maintain educational materials for distributors, customers, and training programs.
Ensure all content accurately reflects product positioning and meets quality standards.
Contribute to tradeshow and event planning, including messaging, positioning, logistics, and material coordination.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and relevant market trends to support accurate and effective marketing activities.
Assist with operational tasks related to product launches, accessories, new initiatives, and day‑to‑day administrative activities.
Follow established purchasing procedures and company policies when processing orders.
Help manage budgets, documentation, and authorization workflows as needed.
Follow all documented quality system procedures, policies, and regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the marketing function.
Support additional team projects as assigned to contribute to overall departmental success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of biotech/med device marketing experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, or content development is a plus.
