We are currently seeking an experienced
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
or
Physician Assistant (PA)
to join our growing dermatology team. This role requires
a minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience ?please note that candidates without dermatology background will
not be considered .
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic dermatologic conditions
Conduct full-skin exams and perform dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.)
Develop and implement treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
Educate patients on skin health, sun protection, and post-treatment care
Collaborate closely with board-certified dermatologists and other medical specialists
Accurately document patient visits in the EMR system
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted
New York State NP or PA license
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current board certification
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in dermatology
(required)
Strong diagnostic and procedural skills across a variety of skin conditions
Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
EMR proficiency and strong attention to clinical detail
Able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
