Responsible for developing and maintaining skills to successfully market proprietary funds and retirement plan services to a prioritized territory of prospects through territory management and the coordination of projects while interfacing with other personnel and departments within the company. This position involves direct sales, developing sales opportunities through consultants and advisers, and team selling with the Consultant Sales team, Client Advisors and Commercial Bankers.
Candidate must reside in the Northeast.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain lead generation, relationship management, planning, presentation skills, pipeline management, closing and follow‑up.
Demonstrate communication and teamwork skills necessary to succeed in marketing proprietary funds and retirement plan services.
Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
FINRA Series 6, 63 and applicable state insurance licenses within established timelines.
Previous sales experience in retirement plan services or proven client‑focused presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
Demonstrated understanding of the financial industry.
Will travel majority of the time (60‑70%) via airline travel to various states and using personal vehicle for local meetings with plan sponsors and brokers.
Normal office working conditions typically from a home office.

Base Salary Range $150,000.00 - $187,500.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
