This opportunity is based at a long‑established, community‑focused dental practice located in the heart of Florissant, Missouri, a historic suburb in North St. Louis County known for its strong working‑class roots, diverse families, and close‑knit neighborhoods. The practice sits along a main corridor with heavy local traffic and serves a broad patient base ranging from school‑aged children to multi‑generation families. Position Details
Schedule: Part‑time, 3 days per week
Fridays 8–3 are required
Candidate selects the other two days
Start date: February 2026
Role: General dentist (DDS/DMD)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of general dentistry
Clinical requirements:
Molar endodontics required
Comfortable treating children ages 7–17 as well as adults
Practice type: High‑volume, blue‑collar patient demographic with a balanced mix of PPO and Medicaid (≈50/50)
New patients: 80–100 new patients per month, ensuring a full and consistent schedule
Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑on bonus: $7,500
Daily guarantee: $950–$1,000 per day for the first five months
Production compensation: Transition to 32–34% of collections (based on experience)
Continuing education: $2,000 annual CE allowance
Malpractice: Fully covered if joining the practice’s policy
