The Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, in which you’ll have opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, grow your consulting and team leadership skills, and build experiences that will define your career.

Your Key Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.

Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Travel regularly to meet with clients.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore resources.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations.

Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities and provide leading practice recommendations.

Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.

2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

At least one of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

A valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Performance analytics and reporting experience.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations or HAM or SAM.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer You

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges are $102,500–$187,900 in the U.S. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.

A hybrid work model: 40‑60% of time in person with clients.
