We’re looking for a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support order execution, customer communication, and production scheduling across our fabrication operations. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or fabrication exposure, enjoys coordinating work, works with customers, and keeps jobs moving accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities
Support customers and sales staff with order placement, status updates, and routine technical questions Coordinate scheduling and order placement with both in‑house machining and approved external fabricators Generate customer quotes by compiling in‑house and supplier cost inputs using established markup frameworks Track job status, delivery dates, and shipping Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal teams Assist with RMAs and basic quality or documentation questions Maintain accurate records in internal systems and shared tools What This Role Is (and Is Not)
✔ Manufacturing coordination and execution via sales order processing ✔ Customer and internal communication and order flow ✔ Exposure to CNC machining and fabrication processes ❌ Not solely a buyer role ❌ Not solely a sourcing or supplier negotiation role Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial operations environment Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and schematics is a plus Familiarity with CNC machining or fabrication processes is a strong plus Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a growing, fast‑turn job shop environment Experience with ERP / MRP systems is a plus Education
Relevant manufacturing or operations experience may substitute for formal education Benefits
