Associate Attorney

to join its nationally recognized

Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group (link removed) This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact patent and trade secret disputes for some of the worlds most innovative companies. The team is known for its success in high-stakes litigation in federal courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Candidate Profile

JD

from a

top-tier law school

with a

strong academic record

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing

24 years

of substantive experience in

intellectual property litigation , including

patent

and/or

trade secret disputes

Trial

experience,

IPR proceedings , and

ITC litigation

experience are

highly valued

Bachelors

or

higher degree

in

Electrical Engineering

is

required

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage matters independently and effectively

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and collaborative team orientation

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in a wide range of complex intellectual property disputes, including

patent and trade secret litigation

Develop and execute

litigation strategies

in

federal courts ,

ITC , and

administrative proceedings

Draft pleadings ,

motions ,

discovery , and other substantive legal documents

Coordinate

discovery , including

e-discovery processes , with clients, co-counsel, and vendors

Conduct

depositions , support trial teams, and participate in

hearings

and

trials

Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates to deliver exceptional client service

Engage with clients in

strategic planning

and

risk assessment

related to

IP enforcement and defense

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation : Expected annual salary range of

$235,000-$310,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
