Core Values: · Trustworthy · Positive Work Ethic · Team Player Responsibilities: · Performs pre-functional inspections/checklist and start-up of commercial HVAC systems · Performs installation, diagnostic and repairs on HVAC systems at time of startup and warranty period · Reading of and understanding of control wiring and high voltage wiring diagrams · Interprets blue prints, submittal data and installation/operation manuals to provide complete startup per manufactures recommendations · Documents work by completing all paperwork on each job for each piece of equipment. · Assist installation mechanics in completing and mounting of field installed devices on equipment prior to start up as needed · Trouble shoot issues as they arise · Work with Commissioning agents as required and complete require documentation HAVA Technician Qualifications: · Experience in installation and startup of HVAC equipment (residential and commercial) · Must pass a able to pass a drug screen · Knowledge of heat pumps and straight ac condensers, gas furnaces, air handlers, and package systems and zoning equipment . Knowledge of refrigerant cycles and charging methods . Must posses an EPA refrigerant certification. · Knowledge of control and equipment sequence of operations · Knowledge of package units up to 10 tons · Communication and customer service skills · Computer skills in using Microsoft office and/or IPad for generation of field reports/startup forms · Clean driving record · Limited travel may be required between Raleigh, Fayetteville, and at times the coast, no over night travel required · Pay based on experience6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
