Talent Acquisition Associate , you will: Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles at the Manager level and below.

Partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and provide consultative recruiting support.

Source, screen, and interview candidates, including passive talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent communication, and provide recruiting metrics and reporting.

Maintain accurate applicant data within the ATS (Workday experience a plus).

Support special recruiting initiatives, including internship programs and employer branding efforts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external search partners as needed.

What we're looking for in a Talent Acquisition Associate: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Bachelor's degree required

Experience recruiting for mission-based or nonprofit organizations strongly preferred

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn and other platforms)

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills

High level of discretion and comfort handling confidential information

ATS/HRIS experience; Workday preferred
