Job Description Job Description LHH is looking for an Engineering Project Technician for our client, in this role you will serve as a traveling maintenance mechanic supporting multiple plastic plants. This role ensures proper maintenance and troubleshooting of blow mold and injection molding equipment, applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology and leveraging PLC knowledge to maintain operational efficiency across sites. Key Responsibilities Operations Travel (~70%) to support plants within Illinois and out of state. Perform maintenance on hydraulics/motors for plastic blow mold and injection molding equipment. Apply TPM methodology for equipment reliability and efficiency. Additional Duties Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems. Collaborate with plant teams to ensure timely project execution and equipment performance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 years of maintenance mechanic or field technician experience (may consider lighter experience with degree/certifications). Hydraulics experience in plastic blow mold or injection molding. Ability to travel 70% of the time across multiple locations. TPM methodology experience and PLC exposure.
