Our HVAC division, UBH Heating & Cooling, is growing rapidly — and we’re looking for experienced, motivated HVAC Installers to join our professional team. Position Overview: We’re seeking experienced HVAC Installers who can handle residential and light commercial installations with precision and pride. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can work independently or as part of a team, and is committed to providing top-quality craftsmanship and customer service. Responsibilities: Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (ducted and ductless). Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality assurance. Ensure all installations meet local and state code requirements. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during or after installation. Requirements: 2 years of HVAC installation experience required (5 years preferred). Must hold a valid HVAC license in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass background and drug screening. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.
