Salary: $170K - $210K; Based on prior experience
Qualifications
Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
5+ years of clinical experience
Minimum of 2 years in operations, leadership, or management
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows
Strong understanding of care delivery models and patient experience
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinical programs
Develop, implement, and refine scalable operational and clinical workflows
Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership
Ensure operational alignment with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
Build, track, and report on KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams
Coach and support Pod Leads and multidisciplinary care teams
Identify workflow and care coordination improvements to enhance patient outcomes
Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and corrective action plans
Support organizational growth, new service lines, and technology adoption
