The Director of Operations will be a key member of POD Health’s leadership team, responsible for building and optimizing the operational infrastructure that supports our clinical teams and ensures exceptional patient outcomes. Because clinical judgment is central to our model, we are specifically seeking a licensed clinician (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) who brings both operational acumen and firsthand experience delivering care. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, designing scalable processes, and leading multidisciplinary teams—while keeping patients and clinicians at the center of every decision. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and refine operational workflows that support high‑quality, efficient clinical care across Telehealth, RPM, CCM, and CHI programs. Oversee day‑to‑day operations ensuring consistency, reliability, and adherence to best practices. Build and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to drive accountability and performance for all roles. Partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure operational decisions align with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through workflow optimization, care coordination, and team support. Lead quality improvement initiatives, including audits, root‑cause analyses, and implementation of corrective action plans. Support Pod leads and care teams with coaching, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and patient‑centered care. Serve as a bridge between clinical staff and executive leadership, ensuring frontline insights inform strategic decisions. Contribute to organizational strategy, including expansion planning, new service lines, and technology adoption. Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and processes that enhance efficiency and care quality. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, data, and operations teams to drive innovation. Requirements

Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, LMFT, or similar). 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in an operational, leadership, or management role. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex workflows, and drive measurable improvements. Strong understanding of care delivery models, clinical workflows, and patient experience. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in value‑based care, primary care, behavioral health, or integrated care settings. Background in startup, high‑growth, or innovative healthcare environments. Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.). Comfort working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics. Benefits
