Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals

Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments

Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements

Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents

Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active state bar membership and in good standing

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience as a trial attorney (Family Law) with a proven track record in high‑stakes litigation

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

High ethical standards and professional integrity

Recognized achievements in trial advocacy
