FirstHealth of the Carolinas continues to lead the region in advanced heartcare. Our hospital-employed team of Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons invites a motivated Non‑Invasive Cardio Hospitalist to deliver high‑acuity inpatient cardiac care at our flagship heart center.
Opportunity Highlights
Practice at Reid Heart Center, FirstHealth’s flagship cardiac campus where all inpatient care is centralized under one roof.
Comprehensive heart program offers innovative technologies with 4 cath labs, 3 EP labs, and 2 hybrid OR Suites.
Enjoy a lifestyle friendly schedule, 7 on/7 off.
Collegial group working closely with Imaging Cardiologist, Interventional and Structural Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
Work alongside seasoned APPs.
100% inpatient – rounding, consults, follow‑ups, TEEs, and interpretation of stress tests, echos, and nuclear studies.
Epic EMR.

Qualifications
Completion of ACGME‑ or AOA‑approved residency and fellowship programs, and board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required.
Must have clean background and be licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in NC. Current DEA and ACLS certification also required.
