Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products. At least 4 years of full-time software development, with at least two years at one company. Comfort with
TypeScript , or ability to learn it quickly. A healthy appreciation for hard problems and the ability to handle large volumes of interactions. Empathy for users and colleagues. Hiring Process
