Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with both service and installation expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional who can work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and deliver top-quality results. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform installations, replacements, and start-ups for a variety of equipment Communicate repair and replacement options clearly and professionally Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards Maintain accurate records using digital platforms (ServiceTitan or similar) Collaborate with office and field teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
