Position Overview
We are seeking New Construction HVAC/R Lead Installers and Helper Installers to join our growing team. These roles focus on new construction and retrofit installations, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Lead Installer Qualifications
Journeyman License (preferred / required if applicable) EPA Certification Strong experience in new construction HVAC/R installation Ability to read blueprints and job specs Leadership skills and ability to guide helpers Own basic personal tools Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to quality workmanship and minimizing call-backs
Helper Installer Qualifications
HVAC/R installation experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Own basic hand tools (preferred) Valid Driver’s License (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
General Requirements (All Positions)
No felony convictions Ability to pass drug test and background check Physically able to lift/move equipment and work outdoors Availability for 40-hour workweeks, with overtime and weekends as needed
