Job Description Job Description We are looking for dynamic, hard-working, and experienced HVAC Lead Installers to join our team! Key Responsibilities Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories. Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality standards. Train, guide, and oversee installation apprentices. Maintain accurate documentation, jobsite organization, and daily progress updates. Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation progress and system operation. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions in real time. Ensure safe work practices and adherence to all company safety policies. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience. Strong understanding of installation practices, electrical fundamentals, and refrigeration principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job layouts. EPA certification. Clean driving record. Can pass a drug screening. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
