- Perform accurate data entry to update records and maintain databases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from internal teams and external contacts.
- Answer inbound calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Support receptionist duties by greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative operations.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as required. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in managing physical and digital files with attention to detail.
- Strong data entry skills, including accuracy and speed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
- Familiarity with office software and tools, such as word processing and spreadsheets.
