Job Brief


This is a highly integrated Executive Assistant role for someone who wants to sit inside the business, not on the sidelines.


You'll support the Principal & COO, partnering closely with the VP and team members across Portfolio Operations, acting as a key connector across leadership, initiatives, and people. This role goes well beyond traditional EA work and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and relationship-building in a fast-paced investment environment.


The right person is exceptionally detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and energized by supporting multiple stakeholders while contributing to events, recruiting coordination, and portfolio-facing work.


Compensation: $120,000 base +20% Bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

THE JOB



  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Principal & COO, with additional support across Portfolio Operations leadership
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Serve as an operational hub, ensuring information, priorities, and follow-ups stay aligned
  • Support recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and process coordination
  • Plan and execute internal events, offsites, portfolio gatherings, and firm-wide initiatives
  • Maintain and organize portfolio company information, trackers, and internal documentation
  • Partner on ad hoc projects that require strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and execution
ABOUT YOU:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in an EA, operations, or hybrid support role in a fast-paced environment
  • You're intentionally seeking a non-traditional EA role with broader exposure and responsibility
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • High EQ: you communicate thoughtfully, build trust easily, and navigate stakeholders with confidence
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
