- Own a portfolio of 100-250 client projects (tax, audit, advisory)
- Drive off-season progress to reduce busy-season stress
- Monitor project status, resolve bottlenecks, and balance workloads
- Lead pipeline review meetings and improve processes/templates
- Serve as client point of contact for status updates and document requests
- 5+ years of project/workflow management in a CPA or professional services firm
- Strong knowledge of tax and accounting workflows
- Proven success reducing busy-season workload through early planning
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Data-driven mindset with dashboard experience
- $90,000 - $130,000 + bonus
