Position Summary The Press Brake Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the press brake department in a precision sheet metal fabrication environment. This role ensures production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The supervisor will lead a team of press brake operators, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Manage and schedule press brake operators to meet production targets. Train and mentor team members on machine setup, operation, and safety procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Production Management Ensure jobs are completed according to specifications, drawings, and tolerances.
