Sales Solutions Support Specialist (Contract To Hire)

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Sales Solutions Support Specialist to assist applicants, representatives, and partners through the application process. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Solutions Support Specialist will provide assistance via phone and email, ensuring applicants have the necessary information to complete their applications. This role involves maintaining accurate documentation, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Key responsibilities include: assisting applicants and partners with application inquiries, providing clear guidance and support; documenting all inbound and outbound communications in the CRM system accurately; maintaining a thorough understanding of available plans and benefits to answer questions effectively; coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary; utilizing software tools, including Salesforce, Outlook, and other internal systems; supporting special projects and assisting with administrative tasks as needed; and being available for overtime during peak seasons to meet business demands. Qualifications include: a high school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of one year of customer service or call center experience preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; and knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus.
