Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

Lead a high-performing engineering team to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI applications that enhance user experiences and drive measurable business impact. This role focuses on technical leadership, operational excellence, and reliability for mission-critical AI systems.
What Youll Do: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive rapid iterations from concept to production, solving complex technical challenges. Implement best practices for reliability, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence. Establish frameworks for system health, alerting, and incident response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise strategy and technical standards. Advance engineering standards and ensure quality across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in large, complex environments. 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years as a senior engineer. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven track record of building and operationalizing complex products in production. Expertise in containers, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure as code. Strong leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong fundamentals across the tech stack and commitment to quality. Experience with Python, Java, and front-end development (preferred). Familiarity with distributed systems, AI/ML frameworks, and large-scale data pipelines. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
