Your Role: The Accounts Payable Associate supports the companys financial operations by reviewing and processing invoices, assisting with vendor payments, and maintaining accurate expense records. This is an entry-level role that provides a strong foundation in accounts payable while supporting the day-to-day needs of the accounting team. Review and enter incoming invoices into the accounting system. Assist in processing vendor payments (checks, ACH, wires) in a timely manner. Match invoices to purchase orders and expense reports to ensure accuracy. Help monitor and track outstanding invoices, credits, and payment status. Support expense allocations to proper accounts and cost centers. Research and resolve basic discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal departments. Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation. Provide general support to the AP/AR team as needed.
What Were Looking For: High School Diploma or Equivalent 12 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, data entry or an administrative support position Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
