We are seeking a seasoned 10+ years of experience in Pharma Commercial Domain Delivery Expert to support end-to-end solution delivery across Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Patient Services. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring domain-led delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient-centric outcomes across digital and CRM platforms. This role is pivotal in driving Veeva CRM capability-building, supporting client solutioning, and aligning project delivery with pharmaceutical commercial best practices. Patient CRM / Hub Services , including: Benefit Investigation (Eligibility, Deductible, and Out-of-Pocket tracking) Copay Card Processing and Patient Onboarding HIPAA compliance and Consent Management Income Verification and Prior Authorization eRx, eFax, CoverMyMeds, and Five9 integrations Key Responsibilities: Accountable for overall solution: Full accountability for the solution of various products, including their quality and timeliness Team and initiative oversight: Orchestrates team execution, ensures delivery quality/readiness, meets timelines Stakeholder communication: Provides clear, cadence-based communications and decision options to leadership and partner teams Scope and Change management: Responsible for scope delivery and change control (trade-offs, impact, baselining); manage scope changes, assess impact on timelines/capacity, and align with PO on trade-offs to protect outcomes and timelines Resource and work allocation: Plans and balances capacity; identifies gaps and mitigates bottlenecks; Coordinates onshore/offshore execution and handoffs; optimizes for flow and predictability; Translate objectives to a cross-team delivery plan with milestones and dependencies Client relationship management: Primary delivery counterpart (governance, commitments, risk/issue resolution) , nurtures client relationships and overall outcome of value creation Backlog management: The PO owns prioritization and backlog content; the DDL ensures teams, dependencies, and schedules support the prioritized backlog and maintains flow Cross-functional communication: Keeps PO, engineering, QA, design, and vendors aligned on plans, risks, and dependencies Run governance: Risk/issue management, change control, and escalation Release readiness: Ensure release readiness and quality gates are met across functions Efficiency Metrics: Provide objective delivery metrics (throughput, predictability, burn-up/flow, defects) and status Continuous improvement: identify systemic impediments; drive process and tooling improvements across the domain Domain Delivery Lead Deliverables: Integrated delivery plan Risk/issue log Dependency management Status reports Domain Delivery Lead Decision rights/role boundary (for clarity): Product Owner: defines value, outcomes, and backlog priorities Domain Delivery Lead: orchestrates how and when prioritized work gets delivered at domain scale Requirements, Agile & Quality Enablement: Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders. Analyse current-state business and digital processes and drive process optimization. Define test strategies and test plans; support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and delivery alignment. Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and change management initiatives.
