Job Title : Machine Learning Engineer

This role offers an opportunity to lead complex technology projects and guide a team of developers in building innovative, cloud-based solutions.
What Youll Do: Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and manage a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full-stack systems. Stay current with technology trends, experiment with new tools, and actively participate in tech communities. Mentor team members and occasionally review or write code to ensure quality. Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that create impactful digital experiences. Work with programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, and Scala. Utilize open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud services.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field. At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships). Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree with 9+ years in programming (e.g., Python) 3+ years with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and open-source frameworks Experience with workflow automation and AI/ML tools (LangGraph, LangChain) Strong background in Agile practices
