- Accounting Clerk role will 90% AP
- Accounting Clerk will be responsible for full cycle ap including coding, preparing, and cutting checks
- Accounting Clerk will handle a volume of 20-50 invoices per day
- Accounting Clerk will process AP for the organization
- Accounting Clerk role will be 10% AR
- Accounting Clerk will enter deposits and prepare deposit slips
- Accounting Clerk will process deposits 1-2x/week during the current busy season
- Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements :
- 1-2+ years of previous accounting experience
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus but NOT required
- Degree is a plus but NOT required if candidate has 1-2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Basic Excel skills - able to create a spreadsheet and enter information into existing Excel tables. Should be comfortable doing data entry in Excel. xrczosw
