Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
Maintain a fully engaged, high-performing Personal Training/MMA team aligned with company values.
Handle member service matters: provide tours, explain services, and sign members up for training agreements.
Perform administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and conduct monitoring checks.
Assist members on the floor and encourage involvement in private training.
Assist in all revenue-generating activities: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, seminars, workshops.
Execute prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete sales of staff during the turnover process.
Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
Minimum of one certification recognized by UFC GYM.
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Experience in management/employee relations preferred.
