The Role As a

BCBA Clinical Supervisor , you’ll design and oversee individualized programs that create real, measurable change. You’ll collaborate closely with families, guide RBTs with in-person support, and continue to foster an ethical, supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.

What You’ll Do: Conduct assessments and design data-driven, individualized treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs through ongoing mentorship and BACB-compliant supervision Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure client success Monitor progress and continuously refine programming for best outcomes for your clients Maintain clinical quality and compliance through accurate documentation and reporting

Have To Do: Manage and oversee scheduling for RBTs Manage time off requests for staff Drive to client's homes for sessions Create, update and roll out clinic policies Meet with staff about HR related concerns, like attendance Manually update client data and graphs in Excel Interview and Hire staff Health Insurance audits

What You Bring Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification and Missouri license 3–5 years of clinic-based experience (18 months–6 years) Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and compassionate care
