Base pay range:

$220,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr

A leading AmLaw firm is seeking a

Litigation Practice Support Lawyer

to support four litigation subgroups: Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Employment Litigation. The PSL will enhance practice efficiency by developing model documents, managing knowledge resources, implementing technology solutions, delivering training, and producing internal and external thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and promote model documents, forms, precedents, drafting guidance, and practice-area resources, including client- and jurisdiction-specific filing templates.

Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with Knowledge & Innovation teams to build automated forms.

Develop and implement strategies to organize and deliver accessible practice content (e.g., model briefs, exemplars, matter-specific materials).

Assist attorneys in locating internal and external knowledge resources and litigation technologies.

Build and maintain repositories of key information (e.g., judges, experts, case intel).

Partner with innovation teams to pilot and implement AI and other technology tools for litigation workflows, including discovery, document preparation, and budgeting.

Collaborate with Attorney Training and Practice Management teams to design and deliver substantive and practical skills training for attorneys and paralegals.

Prepare materials for trainings and practice group meetings.

Coach junior attorneys on presentation skills and content.

Ensure training materials are properly archived and easy to access.

Monitor legal and market developments to identify trends and best practices.

Draft and maintain substantive content supporting marketing and business development, including articles, client alerts, presentations, case studies and blogs.

Stay current on federal and state case law and regulations; update resources and provide timely responses to attorney inquiries.

Qualifications:

J.D. and 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.

Experience with project management, legal tech implementation, or attorney training is a plus.

Strong drafting, analytical, and litigation practice skills; experience in any of the listed litigation subgroups preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills; ability to gain buy-in across all seniority levels.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic mindset with an understanding of legal market trends and innovations.
