Weekday rounding by 2 neonatologists
Night coverage by in-house NNPs; home call 1 week in 3
In-person attendance for deliveries
Consult in person or remotely with Michigan Medicine pediatric subspecialists
Participate in QI, protocol development, and care model harmonization
University of Michigan clinical faculty appointment
Participation in academic activities including teaching and case reviews
Collaboration with Michigan Medicine faculty across a statewide network
C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, which is nationally ranked in all eleven pediatric specialties, including Neonatology, by U.S. News and World Report for 2024-2025
