Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
About our client: Our client is a premier California-based law firm dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to businesses and individuals. They are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment defense to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent employers in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and retaliation claims.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Manage case load effectively while meeting billable hour expectations of 1,800 hours annually.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
5 years of experience in employment defense litigation.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150k-$220k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
