About the Role Our Boston office is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies and emerging businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes effectively.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client counseling.
Analyze complex legal and factual issues to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar
4-6 years of commercial litigation experience at a reputable law firm.
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with complex business disputes, contract litigation, and related commercial matters preferred.
