Optum . As part of LHC Group, a leading post‑acute care partner, you will oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, enhancing agency profitability, and fostering a motivated, high‑quality staff.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long‑range objectives.
Oversee patient eligibility, plan services, and supervise total home health care.
Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and compliant policies.
Enhance agency profitability and retain qualified staff while assuring quality of services delivered.
Follow all CMS and state regulations regarding supervision of nursing services.
If not an RN, designate an Executive Director/Administrator or Patient Care Manager as supervising RN unless state regulations dictate otherwise.
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice (or PT/OT/SLP with applicable license).
Current CPR certification.
Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year supervisory or management experience in a home health or related healthcare setting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Pay & Benefits The salary range for this full‑time position is $71,200 to $127,200 annually, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) contribution subject to eligibility requirements.
