Psychiatrist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Full-Time) Salary: $210,000 – $275,000 annually + bonus opportunities
About the Role We are seeking a full‑time Psychiatrist to provide high‑quality behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities across Indianapolis. This role focuses on geriatric and post‑acute psychiatry, with strong interdisciplinary team support and opportunities for meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents
Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators
Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning
Provide compassionate, patient‑centered psychiatric care
What We’re Looking For
MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
Active (or eligible) Indiana medical license
Experience in geriatric psychiatry or SNF settings preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
