Full Time – Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits. Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $1,000 Stay-on Bonus after 6 months, and $3,000 after their first year.
Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.
Work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential.
Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth’s behavioral health needs.
Utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or a Limited Permit in the state of NY.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver’s license.
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
Fluency in English required, bilingual Spanish is a big plus.
Compensation
Starting at $75,000–$90,000 per year.
Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay-on bonus after first year.
