Program Director
to lead our Outpatient Therapy team – providing clinical excellence, mentorship, and support to our clinicians as they help families thrive.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to a team of Outpatient Therapists delivering structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions for youth behavioral health needs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work
LCSW – Independent NY State License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families – preferably in an outpatient setting
Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
Previous Outpatient Clinical experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
