Job Description We are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within the Financial Advisory Services consulting arm. This role offers you the opportunity to act as a valued business advisor, providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet clients’ complex financial needs. You will work side‑by‑side with firm leadership, serve clients, build the business, and directly impact the firm’s success.

What You Will Do
Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality‑of‑earnings reports.
Research and perform financial analysis of target companies.
Conduct due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
Explore opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group.
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
Invest in personal professional development individually and through firm‑wide learning programs.
Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
Qualifications
8+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately.
Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, experience in complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, and ability to generate data‑driven insights.
Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management, and ability to lead and drive initiatives.
Capability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries.
Comfortable interacting with senior‑level client personnel, including preparing for and participating in executive briefings.
Compensation range: $163,000–$240,000.
