Enterprise Partnerships Manager (Growth & Retention) - AI We are partnering with a high‑growth technology company building critical infrastructure that enables organizations to deploy and scale advanced, production‑grade applications. The platform supports performance‑intensive workloads and is used by enterprise customers running complex, business‑critical systems across multiple teams and functions.

This role is ideal for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who thrives in technical, consumption‑based environments and enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to sophisticated customers.

As an Enterprise Account Manager , you will manage a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and serve as their primary commercial partner. You will own long‑term account growth, expansion strategy, and revenue outcomes while collaborating closely with internal product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure sustained value and retention.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and long‑term growth

Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase adoption and consumption‑based revenue

Partner closely with product and engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions

Own a revenue target and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility

Analyze account‑level performance data to surface insights and inform growth strategies

Lead executive‑level engagements, including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and customer briefings

Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic guidance and feedback to internal teams

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts in technical or developer‑focused environments

Proven success owning and growing large revenue portfolios ($10M+ annually) with consistent quota attainment

Experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise organizations

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non‑technical audiences

Comfortable engaging with senior and executive‑level stakeholders

Data‑driven, organized, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
