Overview
We are partnering with a high-growth technology company building core infrastructure that enables organizations to deploy and scale advanced AI-driven applications in production environments. The platform supports high-performance workloads and is used by enterprise customers to power complex, business-critical use cases across multiple teams and business units.
This role is ideal for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who thrives in technical, consumption-based sales environments and enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to sophisticated customers.
The Role
As an
Enterprise Account Manager , you will manage a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and serve as their primary commercial partner. You will own long-term account growth, expansion strategy, and revenue outcomes while collaborating closely with internal product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing value. You will work with multiple stakeholders across each organization, guiding customers through complex implementations and helping them scale usage over time.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and long-term growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase platform adoption and consumption-based revenue
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions
Own a revenue target and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Analyze account-level performance data to surface insights and inform growth strategies
Lead executive-level engagements, including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and customer events
Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic guidance and feedback to internal teams
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts in technical or developer-focused environments
Proven success owning and growing large revenue portfolios ($10M+ annually) with consistent quota attainment
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Data-driven, organized, and proactive in managing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
