About The Opportunity Jerry.ai seeks a
Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth)
to scale our core insurance business. With profitability reached in early 2024, we aim to grow 5 M to 50 M customers and become a $10 B company. Reporting to the VP of Insurance Operations, you will own systems, strategy and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure and carrier performance. Working cross‑functionally with product, engineering and analytics, you will create a seamless user experience and drive outcomes for the insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, conversion).
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc.).
7+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group).
Track record of hiring and managing high‑performing teams.

Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, business partners and the C‑suite.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the listed pay range and may include equity grants. Additional compensation will be based on job‑related factors.
