Head of Finance and Operations - B2B SaaS Startup
Base pay range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year + equity.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days in office).
Our client is a highly successful and growing 40+ employee B2B SaaS company founded in 2018, focused on measuring the impact of brand messaging, advertising attribution, combating disinformation and supporting sustainable growth of consumer‑facing brands. Major enterprise clients include Airbnb, Amex, Meta, Amazon, and Paramount. We’re seeking a Head of Finance and Operations with experience at a fast‑growing startup, strong background in financial modeling, and experience overseeing accounting and reporting to VC and Private Equity investors to lead financial analysis and planning, investor reporting, financial strategy, and related business operations including revenue operations, operational analyses, and accounting oversight.
Responsibilities:
Lead financial analysis, planning, and management of the company.
Oversee accounting and reporting to venture capital and private equity investors.
Manage revenue operations and financial strategy.
Prepare financial and operational analyses of the business.
Oversee accounting, accounts payable / receivable processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher in business, finance or related field.
7+ years financial management experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic SaaS environment, ideally at startups or investment funds.
Experience in FP&A, accounting oversight, financial management at a SaaS platform with understanding of SaaS metrics, KPIs, raising capital, and strong modeling.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision‑making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
