Mercor – Investment Banking (Remote)
Mercor is recruiting U.S./UK/Canada/Europe/Singapore/Dubai/Australia-based Investment Banking or Private Equity Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking or private equity, with real deal experience (academic experience does not count, must be on‑desk).
Responsibilities
The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule.
Build financial models from scratch that reflect the work you performed on‑desk.
Commit at least 20 hours per week.
Contract runs through the end of February, with a possibility of extension.
Successful contributions increase the odds of future projects with Mercor.
Vetting process
~10‑minute behavioral interview asking about previous deals.
Technical assessment (under 30 minutes) evaluating financial expertise.
Compensation & Legal
Pay: $150 per hour.
Weekly payment via Stripe Connect based on hours logged.
At‑will contractor status.
H1‑B and STEM OPT status candidates are not supported at this time.
