Investment Banking or Private Equity Experts
for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.
Who is a good fit?
At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking or private equity with deal experience (on desk). Academic experience does not count.
Responsibilities
Work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule.
Build financial models from scratch reflective of your on‑desk experience.
Commit at least 20 hours per week.
Contract lasts until end of February with possibility of extension.
Successful contributions may increase your odds of selection for future Mercor projects.
Vetting Process
~10 minute behavioral interview about previous deals.
Technical assessment ( Compensation & Legal Status
$150 per hour.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
At‑will contractor to Mercor.
We cannot support H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates.
