Alpha is transforming the traditional classroom experience. Students here don't passively absorb lectures—they advance rapidly through adaptive technology, learn material at double speed, and develop practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure every student in your assigned cohort experiences our "3 Promises," and to develop our Guides so they deliver the same results.
You’ll combine expert‑level coaching skills with dynamic facilitation presence, transforming training sessions, metrics‑focused team rallies, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. If you’ve broken performance ceilings, elevated struggling teams to excellence, or consistently reject mediocrity, we’re looking for you to help us build something exceptional.
What Makes Alpha Compelling?
Elevated compensation for major metros – pay scaled above standard guide positions to reflect living costs in these urban centers
Strong benefits package & time off – full health benefits and ample paid time off
Relocation support – offered to top‑tier candidates
Development‑focused environment – access to coaching, professional development, and advancement opportunities
What You Will Be Doing
Developing and coaching Guides to facilitate Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, effective activity design, and challenge resolution
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives higher student engagement and performance
Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating exemplary motivation and guidance techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating traditional lesson plans – Guides support student learning via adaptive technology; you focus on training them to become outstanding motivators
Accepting reduced standards – when our benchmark is 100% mastery, you uphold that expectation
Running dull professional development – your Guide coaching will be dynamic, energizing, and experiential
