Our students don't passively sit through lectures—they advance rapidly through adaptive applications, achieve mastery at twice the typical pace, and develop practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure that our "3 Promises" are fulfilled for every student under your guidance and to develop our Guides to deliver the same outcomes.
You’ll combine expert coaching capabilities with dynamic presentation skills, converting workshops, data-informed team rallies, and precision feedback into powerful learning experiences. If you’ve broken performance records, transformed struggling teams into top performers, or simply reject mediocrity, we need you to build excellence alongside us.
Why Join Alpha?

Comprehensive benefits & leave – full health coverage and substantial paid time off.
Relocation support – provided for exceptional candidates.

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha’s workshops with exceptional quality.
Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and solutions to common obstacles.
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides aimed at increasing student participation and outcomes.
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced motivational and coaching techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students learning via adaptive technology; your priority is training them to excel as motivators.
Compromising standards – when our benchmark is 100% mastery, you uphold that expectation.
Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities Develop Guides and directly support students so that every learner in your cohort loves attending school, progresses at 2× speed, and acquires essential life skills. No exceptions.
