A growing law firm in Orange County is seeking a
Litigation Associate Attorney
to assist with all aspects of civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling defense‑side matters and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.
Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters including personal injury, premises liability, habitability, products liability, and transportation‑related claims
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege
Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials
Appear in court, mediations, and settlement conferences
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
U.S. citizen
Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing requirements
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Self‑starter with strong organizational skills
